The Stuart Heights Neighborhood Association will be hosting a question and answer meeting with Emily Wood from the Regional Planning Agency and Jerry Mitchell, our City Councilman, regarding ADU zoning (https://chcrpa.org/…/project/accessory-dwelling-unit-adu-o…/).
We welcome all neighbors living in District 2 to attend.
The meeting will be held at St. Luke UMC at 6:30 pm on March 13 at 3210 Social Circle in the Sanctuary. There will be childcare available. If you could forward this to your neighbors/members, that would be great. Included below is an RSVP form so we know how much room to reserve.

Please join us for a Holiday Celebration! On Saturday, December 15 at 6:30, we will light our roads with luminaries. We hope you will drive through the streets to admire the beautiful lights and luminaries. We will be posting maps marking where the luminaries will be and will be hosting a cookies and hot cocoa gathering from 6:30-8.
Please join us for an SHNA Member meeting on November 8 at 6:30 pm. St. Luke UMC has graciously allowed us to hold our meeting at the Chalet. The address is 3210 Social Circle. Sara will be presenting information from the Chattanooga Neighborhood University. We will brainstorm for 2019 and discuss an upcoming fundraiser. We will serve a spaghetti dinner so come hungry. Last year, we had a great group Trick-or-Treat on Ozark Rd and around the block to the roundabout. We plan to do this again on Halloween night. You are welcome to join us, but we would also love for you to be able to take your kids out around your home. If you plan to give out candy, please go to the Nextdoor Treat Map.

We will be holding the movie night at the Stuart Heights Pool and Tennis Courts. The event will take place on the tennis courts. Please bring your own chairs, blankets, food, popcorn, and beverages.
